MURO <br />Observed food facility has no running water. Operator stated the water released <br />was dumped in effort to clean an accidental spill of grease. Unable to determine <br />where the leak is coming from. However verified the waste water came from this <br />food facility. <br />Verified alleged complaint, mobile food facility to close and to remain closed until <br />inspection is conducted and the cause of waste water leakage is resolved. <br />03/23/2022 Discussed findings with PC Jeff C. Searched for complaint, since none was found, MURO <br />I generated a compliant. <br />05/23/2022 Received a call from the complainant stating that the same truck was spilling MURO <br />waste water onto the parking lot again. <br />Discussed with L.S. V. Pedraza. <br />Site visit. Spoke with operator for the observed truck Lic: #: 8P93185. Did not <br />observe any leak or wastewater spill. Searched Ennvision Connect, verified the <br />mobile food truck is not the truck previously closed. This MFF is permitted <br />(FA0019980). MFF operator stated that the MFF (LIC: 20690G1) that was closed <br />is still being repaired and still closed. They will bring the MFF to EHD for <br />re-inspection before re-opening. <br />08/02/2022 Discussed if this complaint with Lead Senior V. P. and provided overview of <br />complaint. Called responsible party, Raquel Mejia and asked if the Mobile Food <br />Facility (MFF) was ready for inspection to verify correction of major violations and <br />to determine if MFF can reopen, or if not I can inactivate account and they can <br />start with service request when they are ready to reopen MFF. She asked that I <br />speak to her husband. Husband stated that the repairs have been done and they <br />will be bringing in the MFF for inspection on Monday morning, 8/8 at 8 am. <br />MURO <br />08/18/2022 Called Raquel Mejia to advise that I will be closing complaint and they have not yet MURO <br />brought the food truck for inspection to re-open. If we receive notice that the food <br />truck is operating, I will follow-up at the current hourly rate of $156/hour. She <br />understood and said they will bring it into the EHD Monday morning. <br />08/29/2022 Mobile food truck reopened. Verified it is no longer leaking and has hot and cold <br /> MURO <br />water at required temperatures. A routine inspection was done today and is okay <br />to operate. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
