(C)ASKED MANAGER IF THE VEGETABLES WERE <br /> REFRIGERATED,AND(ALLEGEDLY)THE MANAGER SAID NO, BECAUSE"THE BURGERS ARE WARM, SO THE COLD <br /> VEGETABLES WOULD MAKE THE BURGER TOO COLD."ALSO, CUSTOMERS ARE SMOKING AND VAPING IN THE <br /> DINING ROOM,AND MANAGEMENT WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br /> Burger toppings(lettuce,tomatoes, onions, etc.)are not held under temperature control. Time control is used. Toppings are <br /> discarded after four hours. Stickers with the time were observed on each item. Toppings did not appear to be wilted at the time <br /> of the inspection. <br /> Ensure that foods held under time control are discarded after the four hour time limit. <br /> Did not observed anyone smoking or vaping in the dining room at the time of the inspection. Per manager, sometimes kids <br /> come in and vape. Employees ask them to stop vaping or to leave.
