All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />#6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Front hand sink, at the service counter, is lacking mounted soap dispenser and paper towels dispenser. <br />Provide before operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br />#7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: Topping reach in cooler unit on top counter at the front self service line , is turned off during my inspection . <br />Provide 41F or below before operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br />#45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Inside and customer side of the service counter, food warmers, Yogurt bar, cold topping drop-in cooled pans <br />and topping containers are lacking proper coving. Provide proper coved 3/8 inch radius base at all these areas. Correct before <br />operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All <br />floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br />easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in <br />original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
