All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: Food in the steam table was observed at 87-119 F. Steam table was off at the time of the inspection. <br />Ensure that steam table is on at all times when food is in steam table and food should be 135 F or higher. This was corrected <br />on site. (REPEAT) <br />The two door prep cooler at the front counter was observed at 44 F. Adjust cooler so that it maintains food at 41 F or lower. <br />Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F.
