Special Conditions for -2- <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 14. Joan Avenue shall receive a 0.12-foot asphalt concrete overlay from edge of pavement to edge of <br /> pavement. All pavement conforms shall be ground to provide a flush surface. Contractor shall <br /> grind and overlay within '10 working days of permanent trench paving. Shoulder areas shall be <br /> brought up to the finish grade as directed by the County. <br /> 15. Contractor shall establish existing roadway and drainage grades within the construction area. <br /> Any repair to roadways and adjacent areas shall match existing grades. Any proposed grade <br /> changes shall receive prior approval from County. <br />
