WORKER TRAINING <br /> Table 2 documents that workers have received the appropriate training <br /> requirements according to the company Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) <br /> Training Program. A pre-entry briefing and daily tailgate meetings are also conducted <br /> to facilitate onsite training. <br /> 4. SITE CONTROL <br /> Site control procedures must be implemented before the start of site tasks to <br /> control worker exposures to hazardous substances. <br /> 4.1 Site Map <br /> A site map must be included in Figure 1. The following checklist of items must be <br /> included on the site map. Changes may be made to the site map by the SHSO, as <br /> needed, based on site conditions.
