Contractor's operations, occurred during the Contract work. All original pre-and post- <br /> construction video recording prints and digital files shall be delivered to the Owner and shall <br /> become the property of the Owner. <br /> D. Photographs <br /> Photographs shall be digital and shall indicate on the digital image the date, name of work, and <br /> location where the photograph was taken. The photographer shall be qualified and equipped to <br /> photograph either interior or exterior exposures, with lenses ranging from wide angle to _ <br /> telephoto. <br /> E. Video Recordings — <br /> Video recording shall be on DVD and shall indicate on the case the date, name of contract, and <br /> the location where the images were recorded. The recordings shall contain an audio tract which — <br /> narrates the progression through the site. All video recordings must display date and time of <br /> recording, and location. One copy of each recording shall be delivered to the Engineer and any <br /> copies required to meet requirements of permits within ten calendar days. The videographer <br /> shall be qualified and equipped to videotape either interior or exterior, with lenses ranging from <br /> wide angle to telephoto. <br /> F. Video <br /> The Contractor shall provide video recording taken along the proposed routing (in both <br /> directions) of the entire project, including staging, parking and trailer, and storage areas and the _ <br /> MacArthur pump station. <br /> No construction shall start until the preconstruction video recording has been completed and <br /> approved by the Engineer. <br /> After completion of construction and restoration, video recording shall be taken from the same — <br /> points in both directions as the preconstruction examination within seven calendar days after the <br /> acceptance of the project by the Owner. Final payment will not be made to the Contractor until <br /> the Owner receives copies of the video recordings which reflect the final conditions. <br /> G. Construction Photography <br /> Preconstruction: The Contractor shall provide preconstruction photos to the Engineer for each <br /> property prior to performing excavation on the property. <br /> Photographs shall be provided during construction to show all utility crossings, excavations for <br /> pipe, installation of pipe, removal and restoration of surface features such as trees, shrubs, rock <br /> retaining structures, fences, drainage canals and any items of special interest upon the request <br /> of the Engineer. <br /> Provide photographs taken on cutoff date for each scheduled application for payment. <br /> H.
