which are not on the critical path may be modified within the available period of the activities' <br /> specific available float but not in a manner which will place them on the critical path. <br /> Proposed and approved contract change orders shall be added to the approved schedule in a <br /> manner which conforms to their correct relationship to other project activities and a copy of the <br /> resultant schedule provided to the Engineer. Change orders shall not be approved until the <br /> schedule has been modified to show their effect. The schedule impact of any proposed change <br /> shall be calculated and submitted to the Engineer within 10 days of receipt by the Contractor of <br /> a request for proposal. <br /> The CPM schedule shall be updated and a revised CPM schedule prepared and submitted, if <br /> activities fall behind schedule or to reflect proposed and approved change orders or inclement <br /> weather delays or other delays. <br /> MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> No measurement will be made. Full compensation for conforming to these requirements, <br /> including all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals and for doing all the work <br /> involved in this section necessary for completion of the work, as shown on the Contract Plans, <br /> as specified in the Standard Specifications, these special provisions and as directed by the <br /> Engineer, shall be considered as included in the prices paid for the various contract items of <br /> work involved and no additional compensation will be allowed. <br /> SECTION 01380 — PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDING <br /> A. Summary <br /> This section specifies photographs and video recordings of all surface features in all <br /> construction areas to be provided by the Contractor before and after construction. <br /> B. Submittals <br /> The Contractor shall submit the following information for review per Section 01300 at the <br /> preconstruction conference following notification of award of the contract: <br /> 1. An example of his work consisting of one video tape of site examination and <br /> recording with audio commentary. <br /> 2. An example of photographs used for site examination. <br /> The Contractor will be responsible for modifications to his equipment and/or inspection <br /> procedures to achieve report material of acceptable quality. No work shall commence prior to <br /> approval of the material by the Engineer. Once accepted, the report material shall serve as a <br /> standard for the remaining work. <br /> C. Products <br /> The photographs and color audio-video recordings are intended for use as indisputable <br /> evidence in ascertaining the extent of any damage which may occur as a result of the <br /> Contractor's operations and are for the protection of the public, the Contractor and the City and <br /> will be a means of determining whether and to what extent damage, resulting form the <br /> July 2007 Division III-26 NEI Phase II Water and Sewer <br /> CIP Nos. 7468, 7589, 7590 <br />
