The <br /> Contractor shall take the necessary steps and use the necessary equipment to adequately <br /> protect adjacent structures and properties from any damage. The physical means and methods <br /> used for protection are at the Contractor's option. <br /> 1.02 CONTRACTOR SUBMITTALS <br /> Contractor shall submit proposed methods, equipment, and sequence of operations for <br /> demolition of structures and other facilities. The submittal shall include proposed methods and <br /> materials for shutting off, capping, plugging, and removing pipelines. <br /> 1.03 OWNERSHIP OF MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT <br /> Materials and equipment riot designated for reuse or salvage shall become the property of <br /> Contractor. <br /> 1.04 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> No measurement will be made.
