The sewerage bypass pumping plan shall include an emergency response plan to be <br /> followed in the event of a failure of the bypass pumping system. <br /> 1.03 SEWAGE FLOW VOLUME <br /> There is no available flow information for the individual sewer mains or laterals. The Contractor <br /> shall provide bypassing based on full flow conditions. The Owner is not responsible for any _. <br /> deviations in quantity or quality of the sewerage flow at any time during the work. <br /> 1.04 EMERGENCY CLEANUP PLAN <br /> A. Submit in accordance with Section 01300, an Emergency Cleanup Plan within 14 <br /> days of the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. _ <br /> B. The plan shall include provisions for a standby subcontractor and industrial <br /> hygienist for the cleanup of ground surfaces and building interior spaces that _ <br /> might be affected by a spill or overflow. The plan shall be subject to the <br /> requirements of Section 01560. <br /> C. The cleanup subcontractor and industrial hygienist shall be certified by the <br /> Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICR) and follow the Standard <br /> and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration IICRCS500. <br /> Include emergency phone numbers for the contractor and the clean-up _ <br /> contractor. <br /> 1.05 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> No measurement will be made. Full compensation for conforming to these requirements, <br /> including all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals and for doing all the work <br /> involved in this section necessary for completion of the work, as shown on the Contract Plans, <br /> as specified in the Standard Specifications, these special provisions and as directed by the <br /> Engineer, shall be considered as included in the prices paid for the various contract items of _ <br /> work involved and no additional compensation will be allowed. <br /> PART 2— MATERIALS <br /> 2.01 PRIMARY FLOW CONTROL PUMPS AND GENERATORS <br /> A. The Contractor shall provide suitable "trash-type" primary sewerage pump <br /> capable of bypassing all flows around the worksite. <br /> B. A minimum of two primary pumps are required for each flow control system. _ <br /> C. Keep all generators fueled at all times. <br /> 2.02 SEWAGE FLOW CONTROL PIPING <br /> A. The sewage flow control piping shall be completely leak free. Any drips or leaks <br /> shall be repaired by the Contractor immediately. _ <br /> B.
