Do not place pull-out or shear loads on dowels for minimum three days after <br /> grouting. <br /> SECTION 05501 — ANCHOR BOLTS <br /> PART 1 — GENERAL <br /> 1.01 DESCRIPTION <br /> This section specifies anchor bolts complete with washers and nuts. Unless otherwise specified, - <br /> anchor bolts shall be Type 316 stainless steel. <br /> 1.02 SUBMITTALS <br /> Submittals shall be provided in accordance with Section 01300 and shall include the following <br /> information: <br /> A. Data indicating load capacities. <br /> B. Chemical resistance. <br /> C. Temperature limitations. <br /> D. Installation instructions. <br /> E. Evaluation Report for expansion type anchors. <br /> F. Design calculations. <br /> G. Manufacturer's data and catalog numbers. <br /> 1.03 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> No measurement will be made. Full compensation for conforming to these requirements, <br /> including all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals and for doing all the work <br /> involved in this section necessary for completion of the work, as shown on the Contract Plans, <br /> as specified in the Standard Specifications, these special provisions and as directed by the <br /> Engineer, shall be considered as included in the prices paid for the various contract items of — <br /> work involved and no additional compensation will be allowed. <br /> PART 2— PRODUCTS - <br /> 2.01 GENERAL <br /> A. Anchor bolt holes in equipment support frames shall not exceed the bolt _ <br /> diameters by more than 25 percent up to a limiting maximum oversizing of 1/8- <br /> inch. Minimum anchor bolt diameter shall be '/z-inch. Anchor bolts for equipment <br /> mounting shall be provided as specified in Sections 11001. - <br /> B.
