B. Paint Properties, Mixing, and Thinning <br /> Paint, when applied, shall provide a satisfactory film and smooth even surface, and <br /> glossy undercoats shall be lightly sanded to provide a surface suitable for the proper <br /> application and adhesion of subsequent coats.
