14. Nameplate schedule. <br /> 1 Interconnection diagrams <br /> 16. Bill of Materials: A complete Bill of Materials list shall be provided at the inside <br /> of the front cover. The Contractor shall provide Bill of Material for electrical <br /> components formatted as shown in Appendix "A". A separate set of Material <br /> Listing forms shall be provided for each control panel and another listing all <br /> field equipment. Generic names or part numbers used by a distributor or <br /> Systems House are not acceptable; originating manufacturer's name and part <br /> number shall be listed. <br /> 17. Submit for approval the proposed LLC & 01 program listing with complete <br /> cross references listing four weeks rior to start of factory test. <br /> a. Provide two (2) sets of LLC & 01 applications programs on 3.5" floppy <br /> ,diskettes, Windows operating system with each software submittal and <br /> at the end of the project for as-programmed final documentation for 0 & <br /> IM manuals. Each disk shall have a typed label clearly stating the <br /> contents, date, filenames, and submittal (i.e., initial or as-programmed <br /> final). <br /> b. A hard copy listings of LLC& 01 applications programs(with comments) <br /> shall be printed with standard laser print 8 '/2" x 11" paper and supplied <br /> with the initial submittal and for as-programmed final documentation for <br /> 0 & M manuals. Copy and binding method shall not cut off any parts of <br /> programming logic run fits on one sheet, rungs extending to multiple <br /> sheets will not be accepted and will be returned without review. <br /> C. Printout of graphic screens with printout of 01 database. <br /> d. Listing of all setpoints with proposed initial numeric entry values and <br /> corresponding Engineering Units for control strategies. <br /> e. Listing of all digital and analog registers, bits,timers etc.,their respective <br /> description and full addresses. <br /> 18. A separate instrument data sheet shall be provided for each instrument per <br /> ISA S20 standards or approved equal. Data sheets shall be printed on blue or <br /> pink paper. Provide an index with proper identification and cross-referencing of <br /> each data sheet. <br /> 19. Submit: CD disk copies of all submitted drawing in AutoCAD format. <br /> D. Each submittal shall be bound in a three ring binder, which is sized such that when <br /> all material is inserted the binder is not over 3/4 full. Binder construction shall allow <br /> easy removal of any page without complete manual disassembly; spiral ring type <br /> binders are riot acceptable. <br /> 1. Each binder shall be appropriately labeled on the outside spine & front cover <br /> with the project name, contract number, equipment supplier's name, <br /> specification section(s), and major material contained therein. <br /> 2. An index shall be provided at the inside of the front cover.
