The power fail relay (PFR) shall continuously monitor the three phases for <br /> power loss, low voltage, phase loss, and phase reversal. The power fail <br /> monitor shall have a drop-out voltage adjustment, an adjustable delay on <br /> make time delay (0.2 to 8.0 minutes) and a status indicating LED. Power fail <br /> relays shall be Diversified SLJ, Time Mark, or approved equal. <br /> 4. Time delay relays shall be solid state plug-in relays with a timer adjustable <br /> over the range 1 second to 10 minutes unless other ranges are indicated or <br /> required. Provide LED timer energized indicator lamp. Sockets for plug-in _ <br /> timers shall be standard industrial type with barriered pressure screw <br /> terminals. Time delay relays shall be IDEC RTE, or approved equal. <br /> 5. Intrinsic safe relay (ISR) shall be Warrick Series 17AIEO operating from -.- <br /> 120VAC power, no equal. ISR shall have latch and un-latch inputs for use <br /> with a two float control system for differential level control. Sensitivity shall be <br /> 10,000 ohms. ISR shall be rated for Class 1, Division 2 sewage wetwell <br /> applications. <br /> D. Indicating Lights <br /> 1. Indicating Lights for general purpose applications shall be water and oil tight <br /> as defined by NEMA 4X, corrosion resistant as defined by NEMA ICS <br /> 6-110.58, U.L. listed, High intensity multi-chip LEDs,full voltage(unless shown <br /> otherwise), standard 30 mm diameter, with round plastic lens and miniature <br /> bayonet lamp base. Indication lights shall be Allen-Bradley 800H,or approved <br /> equal. <br /> 2. Manufacturer's standard size legend plates shall be provided and engraved to <br /> specify each light's function. The legend plate color shall be black. <br /> 3. Indicating light type and color of lens shall be as shown on the Drawings or — <br /> specified in the Contract documents. Lamp color will be as follows: <br /> a. Open/On Red — <br /> b. Closed/Off Green <br /> C. Alarm Amber _ <br /> d. Power On White <br /> E. Terminal Blocks — <br /> 1. General <br /> a. Each terminal block shall have a unique identifying alphanumeric code. <br /> Terminal numbers shall be assigned starting lowest number at one end, <br /> incrementing in sequence top to bottom or left to right (i.e., 1,2,3,4....). <br /> b. Numbers shall be assigned to all blocks except grounding blocks. Fuse <br /> blocks shall be assigned unique tag numbers such as FU1, FU2.
