8. Electronics shall be provided in NEMA rated enclosures specified in <br /> Instrumentation and Device Index. <br /> 9. The meter shall be hydraulically calibrated at a facility located in the United <br /> States and the calibration shall be traceable to the National Bureau of <br /> Standards. A certified copy of the calibration test results shall be submitted to <br /> the City prior to shipment of the meter. <br /> 10. The accuracy of the complete metering system including flow tube and <br /> converter electronics shall be 0.25% of rate over the range settings of 0.033 to <br /> 33 feet per second. Variations in temperature, voltage, and frequency within <br /> the ranges listed herein shall not affect the accuracy in excess of 0.5% of flow <br /> rate. The flowmeter shall be accidental submergence proof for forty-eight <br /> house under 30 feet of water. Conduits between flowmeter element and <br /> electronics shall be sealed to retain submergence rating per flowmeter <br /> manufacturer's requirements. <br /> 11. The flow meter shall be a Foxboro 8300 with Foxcom with remote signal <br /> converter/indicator unit, Danfoss, or approved equal. <br /> E. Intrusion Switch <br /> 1. Door - Each intrusion switch to be wide gap S.P.D.T. switches with 3 foot <br /> stainless steel armored cable, Sentrol model # 2507-A. <br /> 2. Intrusion Hatch switch to be seamless 304 stainless steel, hermetically sealed <br /> contacts, Sentrol Model No. 193-4Z-06K or approved equal. <br /> F. FIELD CONTROL STATION <br /> 1. Boxes: <br /> a. Boxes shall be U.L. listed with steel box NEMA rating per Device Index, <br /> or as shown on drawings. <br /> b. Box dimensions shall be in accordance with size, quantity of conductors, <br /> and conduit clearances per NEC Article 370 Requirements. <br /> C. Larger Field Control Station boxes shall be provided to accommodate <br /> special temperature and moisture monitoring relays for pumps at no <br /> additional cost to Owner. Provide all associated wiring, drawings, etc. at <br /> no additional cost to Owner. <br /> 2. Provide nameplates per subsection Nameplates. <br /> 3. Devices shall be provided as specified under subsection 2.04 Components. <br /> 2.08 CONTROL PANEL <br /> A. Enclosure to be part of the Pedestal lineup. <br /> B. Control Panel shall contain the LLC systems, power supplies, batteries and other <br /> devices for a complete and operational system. Control Panel shall consist of the <br /> LLC system, operator interface, power supply, enclosure, and other devices for a <br /> complete and operational system. No equals are allowed for Control Panel <br /> components since they are required to match Owner standards. <br /> C. The Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) shall provide backup power upon power <br /> failure to all VDC power supplies, 120 VAC powered instruments & displays, <br /> July 2007 Division III-200 NEI Phase II Water and Sewer <br /> CIP Nos. 7468, 7589, 7590 <br />
