a. All shutoff, calibration and sample valves shall be 316 stainless steel <br /> with construction rated for its application. <br /> 4. Supports <br /> a. Instruments shall be supported independent of connecting piping and <br /> valves. -- <br /> b. Support Angles: 2 x 2 IN stainless steel channel. <br /> C. Tubing Tray or Channel: Aluminum. <br /> d. All hardware shall be stainless steel. <br /> B. Acceptable Manufacturer <br /> 1. Subject to compliance with the Contract mechanical specification sections,the <br /> following manufacturers are acceptable: <br /> a. Parker CPI <br /> b. Swagelok <br /> 2.15 APPLICATIONS PROGRAM AND CONTOL STRATEGIES <br /> A. Provide applications programs in the LLC to implement the control strategies. The <br /> Contractor is responsible to provide an application program that meets the intent of <br /> the descriptions given along with any additional implementations for a fully <br /> operational system at no additional cost to City. <br /> B. LLC Software Configuration: The Supplier shall provide the LLC completely _ <br /> configured and programmed for the monitoring and control of the system. The LLC <br /> shall be setup as defined herein.The LLC shall be ready to be placed in operation at <br /> the time of factory test. The programming, setup and configuration of the LLC shall _ <br /> be done by the LLC Supplier. All programming shall be performed by an application <br /> programmer with prior experience on similar LLC projects. City reserves the right to <br /> judge if the application programmer assigned to this project is adequate for the task. <br /> If the programming performed is deemed inadequate by City,then the Supplier shall <br /> provide a qualified application programmer to meet these requirements. <br /> C. The setup details given for the LLC and SCADA Operator Interface(OI)are intended , <br /> as guidelines for the Supplier to use to configure the system.The setup details were <br /> prepared with the available information on the software package and may not be the <br /> best way to accomplish the task.The opposite logic of that shown, is implied that the — <br /> programmer will include it in the ladder logic. Errors and omissions in these details <br /> shall be the System Supplier's responsibility to correct, at no additional cost to City. <br /> The System Supplier shall meet the intent of the setup specified, making _ <br /> modifications as necessary to provide an operational system,at no additional cost to <br /> the City. <br /> D. The LLC ladder logic applications program and the SCADA OI configuration shall _ <br /> meet the intent of the P&ID on I-Series Contract Drawings and the Control Strategies <br /> located in Appendix "C". The following additional program functions shall be <br /> provided (minimum): - <br /> 1. Enable/disables and settable time delays for all alarms. <br /> 2.
