I Hour to be displayed in 1/100 hour resolution.
4. Flow totalization of each flow meter signal and direction:
a. Non-resettable. (Separate reset buttons for each non-resettable flow
total)
b. Resettable.
5. Display of all analog values utilizing macro keys.
6. Scaling to engineering values of all variables:
a. Flow in 1/100s MGD resolution.
b. Flow totalization in unit KGAL resolution.
C. Level in 1/100s Foot resolution.
7. Transducer out-of-range fail alarms.
8. All setpoints, enable/disables, time delays and registers shall be adjustable
from SCADA OI and LLC.
9. Sequential start time delay between similar equipment and pumps.
10. Real Time and historical trends for all analog inputs.
11. Add to overview graphic screens all new 1/0 data.
12. Tagnarne and 1/0 point designations shall match those used on the existing
SCADA graphic screens and listed in Control Strategies.
E. The referenced CS# lists global strategies CS # 50 series, CS #60 series, etc.
These referenced strategies are typical strategies for similar pieces of
equipment/instruments. The tagnames, registers, setpoints, etc., for that
equipment/instrument shall follow the referenced strategy's format, but shall be
modified accordingly for the referenced equipment/instrument.
F. Each control strategy that utilizes an analog process variable for purposes of
start/stop, on/off or PID/proportional control shall be assigned registers for simulating
the process variable along with a test bit to enable switching between the real
process variable and the simulated process variable. Program logic shall be setup
such that if the real process variable hits an abnormal condition (i.e. a high wetwell
level), the process variable automatically is switched from test mode back to the real
value to insure that process variable is not inadvertently left in test mode.
G. Disk copies of OI & Tesco LLC programs will be supplied by the City to the
Contractor during construction for Contractor to utilize for SCADA & LLC
programming format. All LLC programs and graphic additions shall match the
existing SCADA system. OI graphic configuration shall be done by system supplier
on existing SCADA computer PC. Setpoints and timer values are to be entered by
Contractor via 01. Contractor shall add and modify existing database, historical
trends, and Screens to meet the intent of the P&IDs on I-Series Contract Drawings.
H. The Contractor shall include in his bid price an additional 80 hours of LLC program
OI graphic screen changes to be designated during testing and start-up by the
Engineer or Owner. Programming changes made during factory testing shall not be
deducted from these hours unless agreed upon by Engineer. Field program
July 2007 Division III-210 NEI Phase II Water and Sewer
CIP Nos. 7468, 7589, 7590
