12. All future maintenance of the pipeline and related facilities within the County right-of-way will <br /> require a San.loaquin County Encroachment Permit. <br /> 13. Contractor shall submit an exhibit displaying existing roadway and drainage grades within the <br /> construction area prior to construction. Any repair to roadways and adjacent areas shall match <br /> existing grades. Any proposed grade changes shall receive prior approval from County. <br /> 14. Any drainage ditches disturbed by construction shall be fully restored. It is the responsibility of <br /> the applicant to ensure existing drainage channels/ditches convey drainage during and after <br /> construction and match pre-construction conditions. <br /> 15. Submit detailed traffic control plans affecting County roads for review and approval prior to <br /> start of any work—no exceptions. <br /> 16. All traffic control plans shall adhere to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices(MUTCD). <br /> 17. Full closure of Davis Road between Eight Mile Road and Armstrong Road will be allowed subject <br /> to the following: <br /> a. Emergency vehicle access for authorized vehicles shall be provided at all times. <br /> b. Provide access for local traffic. <br /> c. Davis Road shall be reopened no later than November 1, 2010—no exceptions. <br /> d. The City of Stockton shall publish an advance notice of the road closures in The Stockton <br /> Record and the Lodi News-Sentinel. Affected local residents shall also be noticed. <br /> e. All signs and temporary barriers shall be made clearly visible day& night with reflective <br /> markings. <br /> f. Provide two (2)ten foot lanes for non-working hours. Pave shoulder with class 2 a.b. as <br /> necessary. Prior to re-opening of Davis Road, a.b. shoulder shall be removed and <br /> roadway shall be restored to original condition. <br /> 18. Changeable Message Signboard (CMS)for traffic information as shown on traffic control plans <br /> are required and should be in place at least 2 weeks prior to construction. <br /> 19. Any areas where parking is to be restricted shall have signs noticing the time period placed at <br /> least 48 hours in advance of the work. <br /> 20. Access to all properties shall be maintained at all times except when work is occurring at the <br /> access point. Minimal delays will be allowed to provide access within the work zone area. <br /> 21. Driveway access shall be fully restored at the end of construction. Driveways disturbed by the <br /> contractor shall be replaced with in-kind or better materials. <br /> 22. Residents and businesses shall be notified in writing, as approved by the County,48-hours in <br /> advance of any impacts to their access. <br /> 2 of 3 <br />
