i. SFPUC staff shall provide advanced notification for each of the closures <br /> and coordinate with the local aggregate companies, local residents, and the <br /> San Joaquin County Public Works Department—Public Services Division. <br /> 15. CCSF's Project work under Chrisman Road shall be performed pursuant to the jack-and- <br /> bore work method. <br /> 16. All San Joaquin County road crossings where Permittee removes existing paving <br /> pursuant to this Permit shall be steel-plated promptly after backfilling and maintained <br /> until final restoration. <br /> 17. Each County road crossing where Permittee removes existing paving pursuant to this <br /> Permit shall be restored and repaved within twenty-one (21) calendar days of final <br /> inspection of each road crossing pipe installation. <br /> 18. The entrance to any temporary ramp installed on Chrisman Road pursuant to the Real <br /> Estate License to be granted by County to CCSF contemporaneously with this Permit for <br /> such purpose shall conform to the details for stabilized entrance/exit design per California <br /> Storm water BMP Handbook TC-1. <br /> 19. Any driveways constructed and maintained adjacent to Chrisman Road pursuant to the <br /> Real Estate License to be granted by County to CCSF contemporaneously with this <br /> Permit for such purpose shall conform to County Standard Drawing No. R-17. <br /> D- 1-5 <br /> County of San Joaquin MOA(04-14-11) <br />
