Before closure can be obtained all wells and the <br /> remediation system associated with this site must be removed and the site restored. <br /> SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION <br /> The site address is 1876 Country Club Blvd., Stockton, CA. It is located at the southeast corner of <br /> the intersection of Mission Street and Country Club Blvd. (Figure 1). The property is located in <br /> projected Section 4; TIN; R6E of the MDB&M at approximately five feet above mean sea level. <br /> The north corner of the property at Country Club Blvd and Mission Road is at N370 58.044' <br /> Latitude and W 121° 19.393' Longitude (Delorme sa 7.0). Figure 1 shows current site conditions. <br /> The property previously contained two 1000 gallon gasoline Underground Storage Tanks (UST's), <br /> product dispensers, and associated underground piping. Currently there are twelve 2 inch <br /> diameter PVC groundwater monitoring wells: MW2, MW3, MW4, MW5, MW6A, MW6B, <br /> MW7A, MW7B, MW8A, MW8B, MW9A and MW9B. One 4 inch diameter PVC groundwater <br /> recovery well: MW 10 and five %4 inch tubing soil gas sampling wells: SG-1, SG-2, SG-3, SG-4 <br /> and SG-5, see Figure 1, Table 1 and Traffic Safety—Figure 2. <br /> WELL DESTRUCTION (Drilling Contractor) <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS, EHD), has <br /> approved the following destruction methods for the wells located in the San Joaquin County Public <br /> right of way along Country Club Blvd and Mission Road. <br /> 1) Drill out casing and well construction material with 8 inch auger,tremie grout boring to five <br /> feet of surface, backfill with control density backfill to base of existing asphalt surface. Wells <br /> MW-6A, MW-9A. <br /> Hand auger remove soil gas wells with 3 inch auger, backfill with control density backfill to <br /> base of existing asphalt surface. Wells SB-3, SB-4 and SB-5. <br /> 2) Remove any slough/debris from well, pressure grout tremie method to surface, over drill <br /> upper five feet, place cement cap, backfill boring with controlled density backfill to below <br /> asphalt resurfacing grade (see resurfacing—pothole repair attachment. Wells MW6B, MW- <br /> 7A,.MW-7B and MW-9B. <br />
