<br />4. ANY WORK THAT CREATES AN UNDUE SAFELY RISK OR THAT CREATES SEVERE CONGESTION WILL BE SHUT DOWN BY THE AGENCY.

<br />11, IF PARKING IS ALLOWED IN THE ADVANCE WORKING AREA, ADVANCE WARNING SIGNS SHALL BE MOUNTED ON HIGH LEVEL DEVICES.
