Z <br />0 <br />GENERAL NOTES <br />1 The Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A) must be placed in two layers. First layer must be a <br />leveling course with 0.13' depth at �. Second layer must be a 0.12' overlay. <br />2. Placement of Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay must not begin until the Hot Mix Asphalt used in <br />Pavement Repair has been in place for a minimum of 18 hours. <br />3. Placement of all Hot Mix Asphalt Driveways must not begin until the Hot Mix Asphalt <br />used for Mainline Paving has been completed. <br />L Existing highway and utility facilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. <br />5. Existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes and other frontage improvements must remain <br />in place unless otherwise noted. <br />6. Existing drainage facilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted. The <br />Contractor must conduct earthwork operations so as not to modify or obstruct <br />the existing drainage. <br />7.
