Z 0 GENERAL NOTES 1 The Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A) must be placed in two layers. First layer must be a leveling course with 0.13' depth at �. Second layer must be a 0.12' overlay. 2. Placement of Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay must not begin until the Hot Mix Asphalt used in Pavement Repair has been in place for a minimum of 18 hours. 3. Placement of all Hot Mix Asphalt Driveways must not begin until the Hot Mix Asphalt used for Mainline Paving has been completed. Existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes and other frontage improvements must remain in place unless otherwise noted. 6. Existing drainage facilities must remain in place unless otherwise noted.
