Payment for this shall be considered to be included in the various items of work. <br />2. All existing trees, shrubs, fences, mailboxes and other frontage improvements shall remain in place, unless otherwise noted on the plans. <br />3. Existing drainage facilities shall remain in place, unless otherwise noted. The Contractor shall conduct earthwork operations so as not to modify or obstruct the existing drainage. <br />4. All earthwork, except for final shoulder grading, shall be completed prior to placing the final layer of Asphalt Concrete Pavement on Mac Arthur Drive. All earthwork and final shoulder grading, shall be <br />completed prior to placing Geosynthetic Reinforced Chip Seal on Lorraine Road. <br />5. Placement of Asphalt Concrete Overlay and Geosynthetic Reinforced Chip Seal shall not begin until the Asphalt Concrete used in Pavement Repair has been in place for a minimum of 18 hours. <br />6. 0.25' Asphalt Concrete Overlay shall be placed in Two (2) Layers of approximately equal thickness with Pavement Reinforcing Fabric placed on the existing or prepared surface. <br />7. Prior to placing the first layer of Geosynthetic Reinforced Chip Seal, Pavement Reinforcing Fabric will placed on the existing or prepared surface. <br />8. Placement of Asphalt Concrete Driveways shall not begin until the Asphalt Concrete used for Mainline Paving has been in place for a minimum of 18 hours. <br />9. Shoulder Backing material at all intersection radii shall receive Penetration Treatment at 0.25 gallon/SQYD. Limits of the Penetration Treatment work shall be confined to intersection radii plus fifty feet <br />(50') in each direction or to intersection conform. <br />10. The Contractor shall be responsible for adequately scheduling the inspection and testing of all facilities constructed under this contract. All testing shall conform to the standard specifications. All <br />re—testing shall be paid by the contractor. <br />11. The Contractor is required to enter into an agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad for work within their R/W.
