Shoulder Backing material at all intersection radii shall receive Penetration Treatment at 0.25 gallon/SQYD. Limits of the Penetration Treatment work shall be confined to interse feet (50') in each direction or to intersection conform. 10. The Contractor shall be responsible for adequately scheduling the inspection and testing of all facilities constructed under this contract. All testing shall conform to the standard specific re—testing shall be paid by the contractor. 11. The Contractor is required to enter into an agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad for work within their R/W.
