Limits of the Penetration Treatment work shall be confined to <br />interse feet <br />(50') in each direction or to intersection conform. <br />10. <br />The Contractor shall be responsible for adequately scheduling the inspection and testing of all facilities constructed under this contract. All testing shall conform to the <br />standard specific <br />re—testing shall be paid by the contractor. <br />11. <br />The Contractor is required to enter into an agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad for work within their R/W.
