SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY GENERAL NOTES: <br />1. AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FROM SAN ,JOAQUIN COUNTY IS REQUIRED FOR ALL WORK WITHIN THE COUNTY'S <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br />2. WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SAN ,JOAQUIN COUNTY IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS AND THE <br />CALTRANS STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS.
