Placement of Asphalt Concrete Overlay shall not begin until the Asphalt Concrete used in Pavement Repair and miscellaneous areas has been in place for 18 hours. 2. Hand Grinding of Asphalt Concrete Pavement will be required at locations where water/gas valves, monuments, and maintenance holes are within planing limits. 3. Install Expansion Joints at beginning and end of new Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk and between new sidewalks and existing driveways. 4. Existing drainage facilities, fences, water valves, frames and covers, sprinkler heads, trees, shrubs and CG&S shall remain in place unless otherwise noted on the plans. 7. Reference to Class "B" concrete in these Plans or Special Provisions shall be considered the same as Class 3 Concrete.
