Hand Grinding of Asphalt Concrete Pavement will be required at locations where <br />water/gas valves, monuments, and maintenance holes are within planing limits. <br />3. Install Expansion Joints at beginning and end of new Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk <br />and between new sidewalks and existing driveways. <br />4.
