2-5.01 General Requirements <br />A. Resurfacing requirements specified in this policy are in addition to the <br />.trench resurfacing requirements specified by County Standard Drawing <br />No. R-29, <br />B. For fhe purpose of ibis policy, "Surfacing Age" is defined as the age of <br />the most recently completed roadway surfacing, including <br />construction, reconstruction, or major overlay. <br />C. Where the application of3eal coats is rr;quired; a I ype II SPurry Seal <br />will be used in accordance with State Standard Specifications, Section <br />37-2. <br />G. T6le permittee must post aone-year maintenance bond or cash <br />deposit, in an amount specified by the Department. <br />E. APi pavement markings destroyed or obliteraic-d must be repl�ce� in <br />kind by the permittee. Typical pavement markings include, but are not <br />limited to, lane lines, centerlines, slop and stop ahead legends, limit <br />lines, raised pavement markers, and misCellanecus delineators. <br />F. The permitfee is responsible for Survey Mor-luments disturbed Pcy <br />trenching and is required -to file a comer record and to reestablish them <br />using a Licensed 'Land Surveyor after the trench restoration is <br />completed. <br />G. Functional classification maps and Public Works Project Advertising <br />Schedules are references for Phis policy. <br />To facilitate scheduling and planning, Public Works staff <br />will make <br />available fhe most current Project Adverfiising Schedule afi the monthly <br />Utility Coordination Meeting and make it available to the public, at the <br />Permits Counter, in January each year. <br />2-5.02 Collectors, Arterials and Exgressways <br />A.
