<br />C. Unless other wise per mitted under the Special Provisions, backfill shall be placed and mechanically co mpacted in such a manner that the relative co mpaction
<br />throughout the entire fill within the C ounty road right-of- wa y shall confor m to the perce nta ges of c o mpacti o n as s h o w n o n t he Tre nc h detail.

<br />J. Upon request by the County, any settle ment, sa g gi n g of s urface, or crac ki n g of pa ve ment shall be repaired i m me diately by and at the sole expense of the
<br />Per mittee f or a period of one year f ollo wing acceptance of the work.
