Resolution 1540 October10,2024 <br />Section 8.The City of Stockton,shalldefend,indemnify,and hold harmless SJLAFCo,its <br />agents,officers,and employees,from any claim,action,or proceeding againstSJLAFCo,itsagents, <br />officers,and employees,to attack,setaside,void or annul SJLAFCo's approval of the Annexation, <br />adoption of thisResolution,or any of the terms and conditionssetforthherein. <br />Section 9.As allowed under Government Code Section 56107 and Government Code <br />Section 56883,the Commission authorizes the Executive Officer to make non-substantive <br />corrections to this Resolution to address any technical defects,clericalerrors,mistakes, <br />irregularities,or omissions. <br />Section 10.If any provision of thisResolution or the applicationof any such provision to <br />any person or circumstance is held invalid,such invalidityshall not affectother provisions or <br />applicationsof thisResolution thatcan be given effectwithout the invalidprovisionor application, <br />and to thisend the provisionsof thisResolution are severable. <br />Section 11.The Commission findsthatthe proposed reorganization,as amended,to the <br />City of Stockton willbe for the interestof landowners within the Mariposa IndustrialPark I,Phase <br />2 reorganizationarea.
