feet east of'where the same intersects the section line north and <br />south between sections 2 and 3 T.2. south range 9 east M.D.B & M., <br />and run thence for center lane ,north 30 ft. east of and parallel <br />with the section line between sections 2 and 3 T.2.S R.9 E,and sectio r <br />ns 34 and 35 T.I.S.R 9 E to point 30 ft, south and130 ft.east of <br />section corner to sections 26,27, 34 & 35 T.I.B.K.9 F; thence west <br />.970 feet,more or less to the east line of the Mariposa or Lone <br />I <br />Tree Road as fenced. <br />That the owners of the lands over which it is proposed to lay <br />out and open the road in lieu of the portion of said road proposed <br />to be abandoned,as hereinbefore set forth and described,do hereby <br />consent to the proposed change and alteration,and do hereby waive <br />all claim against the County of San Joaquin,for damages for land, <br />provided that said change is made. <br />That it would be to the interests of the traveling public,and <br />especially to those who are obliged to travel south,to have said alte <br />ration made in said road,and the route to the Railroad Station at <br />the Village of Escalon would be shortened to a very considerable <br />extent thereby, <br />That no possible inconvenience would be occasioned to any <br />person by the change. <br />That the portion of said road proposed to b e abandoned and <br />the road proposed to be laid out in lieu thereof,are both on the <br />lands of the following named persons who are among the petitioners <br />, to wit: <br />E.S.Pillsbury, John H.Owen, V`dm Campbell, and Hazel and Ruth Jones, <br />ininors. <br />W E;R��'F'ORE, your petitioners pray that your Hon.
