KOCH, as successor <br />trustee of the Clifford Koch Revocable Living Trust, <br />28186 Lone Tree Road, Escalon, California 95320, hereinafter <br />referred to as "GRANTOR". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY desires to construct various right-of-way <br />improvements along a portion of Lone Tree Road in Escalon for the <br />purpose of enhancing vehicular safety and to replace the bridge <br />rails of Lone Tree Road Bridge; and, <br />WHEREAS, GRANTOR holds title to certain real property at <br />28186 Lone Tree Road, Escalon, California 95320 <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 229-090-12, <br />a portion of which is required by COUNTY for the Lone Tree Road <br />Bridge Replacement Project at this location, and which is more <br />particularly described in the GRANT DEED and Vicinity Map <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof; and, <br />WHEREAS, GRANTOR has executed and delivered a GRANT DEED to a <br />Real Property Agent of the County of San Joaquin for the purpose <br />of conveying the property therein described to COUNTY; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
