IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF <br />W. R. Jacobs, et als. , for a Public Road No. 338, located in O'neal <br />Township, Third Road. 'District, in San Joaquin County, California. <br />It was moved by G. M. French, a member of the Bop`rd of Super- <br />visors of San Joaquin County, California, that the following Order <br />be made, to -wit: <br />This being the day regularly fixed for the hearing of the Re- <br />port of Viewers in the matter of the above mentioned road,' and it <br />appearing to the satisfaction of this Board that due and legal no- <br />tice of the time and place of the hearing of said Report has been <br />given by publica:rion, and it further appearing that said road is <br />a public necessity, <br />It is hereby ordered that the Report of Viewers heretofore <br />filed on the 6th day of September, 1905, in the matter of Road No. <br />338,, petitioned for by W. R. Jacobs, et als., in O'neal Township, <br />Third Road District of Saxe Joaquin County, 'be, and hereby it is <br />approved, over the following described rotte: <br />To be 60 feet in width from '4fffest Street, City of Stockton, in <br />said County,, to the San Joaquin River, commencing at the, intersection <br />of Washington and West Streets in said City of Stockton, and fol- <br />lowing in a westerly- direction the south side of the right-of-way <br />of the Southern Pacific Company, a corporation, whichl)?ight-of-way <br />of said Southern Pacific Company is -set forth in that ,pgrtain Ag- <br />reement dated August. 28th, 1902, and now in the possession of Frank <br />S. Boggs; said right-of-way to continue in about a direct wester- <br />ly course from the terminus of the said Southern Pacific Company's <br />said right-of-way to the east bank of the San a'oaquin River where <br />the proposed bridge is to be constructed according to the plan <br />drawn by F.
