There was 3 feet of water in the creek below Span 2 during this <br />investigation. No elements were submerged. All visible elements were fully inspected. A complete routine inspection was performed. <br />A Fracture Critical Investigation was last performed on 04/26/2023 by the Caltrans Office of Specialty Investigations. The investigation <br />was conducted in accordance with the Fracture Critical Member Inspection Plan, dated 04/05/2007. See the 04/26/2023 Fracture Critical <br />report or the relevant elements for more information. No fractures or cracks were found. <br />WATERWAY <br />NBI Item #113 is U - Unknown Foundation. There is a Scour Plan of Action on file dated 08/13/2010.
