(See Photo 1). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
This element is to quantify the deck wearing surface in the main Span 1.
There is a thin AC overlay on the deck but it is over 60% worn off. (See Photo 1 dated 11/04/2020). This condition has been
previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
This element is to quantify the deck in Spans 2 to 4.
There are transverse deck cracks up to 0.05 inches wide cracks spaced as close as 8 inches on center throughout the slab where
the AC has worn off. The most severe area is near Abutment 5. See Photo 5 dated 11/09/2022.
There is a longitudinal soffit crack up to 0.01 inches wide along the centerline of Span 2. Moisture is visible without efflorescence.
See Photo 6 dated 11/09/2022.
There is a diagonal soffit crack up to 0.01 inches wide in Span 2 approximately 8 feet from the left side. See Photo 7 dated
11/09/2022.
These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
This element is to quantify the deck wearing surface in Spans 2 to 4.
There is a thin AC overlay on the slab that is up to 30% worn off in the northbound lane.
