See Photos 4 to 6. <br />There are pattern cracks up to 0.04 inches wide and spaced 6 inches on center with efflorescence and brown staining in the soffit. <br />These cracks are assumed to be reflective of the deck cracks. (See Photo 7). This condition has been previously reported and no <br />significant changes were noted. <br />The methacrylate is no longer providing protection to the bridge deck. The deck cracks are opening, have edge spalling and new <br />cracking is developing. See Defect 1130 for more details. <br />(58) (5)DECK RATING =
