This condition accounts for approximately 20% of the girder
lengths. (See Photo 7 dated 11/04/2020). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
There are diagonal cracks up to 0.02 inches wide as close as 3 feet on center in the girders near Abutment 4. See Photo 2 dated
11/04/2022.
There are vertical cracks up to 0.01 inches wide spaced as close as 6 inches on center in the exterior girders near Abutment 4.
There is one horizontal crack in the right exterior girder up to 0.01 inches wide located 12 inches below the deck overhang, spans a
length of 10 feet and is approximately 30 feet from Abutment 4. The cracks appear to follow the girder reinforcement. See Photo 3
dated 11/04/2022.
There are hairline diagonal cracks in the remaining girders that change to vertical cracks near midspan as close as 5 feet on center.
These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
