A complete routine inspection <br />was performed with the aid of a UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System). The PIC (Pilot in Command) was Kristina Shurbert and the VO <br />(Visual Observer) was Maricela Molina Bedolla. The Abutment 4 face was covered with graffiti which could be masking minor defects <br />(see Photo 3). <br />The submerged elements (Piers 2 and 3) were inspected during the most recent underwater inspection on 08/07/2019.
