Refer to Photo 10. <br />The Paint on the stringers is chalked, faded and dull over about 50% of the painted area. The edges of many of the flanges are <br />showing freckled rust. Refer to Photo 10. <br />There is freckled rust throughout and surface rust in various locations. Refer to Photo 11. <br />The bottom chord of the portal frames and lower struts of the sway frame are bent from 6 inches long in the portal frames to 3 feet in <br />the sway frames. <br />The bottom chord of the portal frames and lower struts of the sway frame are bent due to vehicular impact. <br />The paint system has failed. The orange prime coat is exposed at various locations. There is a lot freckled rust throughout and <br />surface rust on most members.
