(See Photo 2). This condition has been <br />previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />At Abutment 4 on the left, there are up to four cracks ranging from 0.03 inches to 0.25 inches wide. The combination of cracks are full <br />depth of the slab and have the potential of becoming a delamination. (See Photo 3).
