This condition <br />does not warrant a defect at this time. See Photo 2. <br />There are full-height vertical cracks up to 0.05 inches and spaced as close as 4 feet on center in the abutment and pier faces in all <br />cells. (See Photo 5). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a spall from a failed patch up to 14 inches tall x 4 inches wide x 1 inch deep without exposed rebar on the right side of <br />Abutment 5.
