These areas are up to 6 feet in diameter and randomly <br />located. See Photo 9 dated 06/08/2022. <br />There are several patched areas in the AC overlay that are heaving and the previously reported potholes have been filled with AC <br />material. These areas are up to 6 feet square and are generally near the supports and in the northbound lane. (See Photos 7 and 8 <br />dated 06/08/2022). Due to the distress in these patches, they are not considered to be sound. <br />These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are multi-directional cracks up to 0.25 inches wide in the AC overlay spaced as close as 6 inches on center. Generally, these <br />are located near the supports, AC potholes and over the noted deck Cracking defects above. (See Photo 9 dated 06/08/2022).
