The cracks were typically less than but up to <br />0.05 inch in width and was visible through reflective cracking in the AC chip seal. Refer to Photos 2 and 3. <br />Cracking was present in the AC chip seal over the noted cracking in Defect 1130 of Element 28. The cracks in the AC were typically <br />up to 0.125 inch in width. Refer to Photo 4. <br />The AC chip seal on the deck of the RC slab was worn throughout the bridge. The worn areas were typically less than but up to 6 <br />feet x 1 foot, were more severe near the centerline of the bridge, and encompassed approximately 5% of the chip seal area.
