This condition appears to be caused by <br />vehicular damage to the metal beam guard rail. (See Photo 6 dated 02/07/2023). See Defect 330-1900 below. <br />Two of the right rails post in Span 2 have splits. The 2nd post from Abutment 1 is split in the bottom quarter of the post. The <br />3rd post from Abutment 1 has a split in the bottom up to 12 inches long x 2 inches deep. (See Photo 8 dated 02/17/2021). <br />This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />The 2nd post from Abutment 1 on the left, half of the spacer block is missing. (See Photo 9 dated 02/17/2021). This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
