The creek was dry during this investigation. All visible elements were <br />fully inspected. A complete routine inspection was performed. <br />REVISIONS <br />The inspection interval has been changed from a 12 month interval to a 24 month interval due to the replacement of the timber elements <br />in the deck and superstructure by the county between 2018 and 2024. See the specific elements for more details. <br />DECK AND ROADWAY <br />There is new AC overlay on the deck in all spans. See Photo 1. <br />New treated timber planks were installed in Span 1. See Photo 2. <br />SUPERSTRUCTURE <br />New treated timber girders were installed in Span 1. See Photo 2. <br />SUBSTRUCTURE <br />There is new slope protection, and timber lagging on top of the wingwalls at Abutment 1 on the left and Abutment 4 on the right. See <br />Photos 4 and 5 dated 11/10/2023. <br />SAFE LOAD CAPACITY <br />The load rating for this structure is being reviewed by SM&I Ratings Branch under work request number 12099. An updated Load Rating <br />Summary Sheet will be archived when this review is complete. The current rating is based on Timber Rater V1.07C calculations dated <br />01/20/2021. <br />WATERWAY <br />NBI Item #113 is coded as "U - Unknown Foundation". There is a Scour Plan of Action dated 08/13/2010 on file. The plan calls for <br />placing riprap and a regular monitoring program. The plan calls for monitoring of the structure by San Joaquin County annually and after <br />high flow events. <br />The channel cross section was measured on the correct upstream (right) side during this investigation. The channel cross section was <br />measured to replaced the channel cross section measure on the downstream (left) side in 2018. <br />INSPECTION COMMENTARY <br />- NOT APPLICABLE FOR THIS BRIDGE. <br />CONDITION INFORMATION <br />SPECIAL INSPECTION INFORMATION
