The spalls have exposed the rebar below, which are lightly rusted. (See Photo 5 dated <br />06/25/2018). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are several of the pattern cracks mentioned above that progress to vertical cracks up to 0.02 inches wide randomly <br />located throughout the right barrier rail. A few of these cracks have light brown staining around them.
