There was up to 2 inches of water in Barrel 1 during this investigation. <br />Abutment 1 was submerged and inspection through clear water. All visible elements were fully inspected. A complete routine inspection <br />was performed. <br />CULVERT <br />The roots of a large oak tree adjacent to Abutment 1 have rotated the right wingwall outward approximately 1 inch at the top. The tree <br />itself has been removed but the stump remains in place.
