There is a similar <br />condition in both abutment faces. See Photo 4 dated 11/03/2020. This condition has been previously reported and no significant <br />changes were noted. <br />The AC deck wearing surface has grid marks ground into the surface up to 0.25 inches deep and wide spaced 6 inches on center. In <br />addition, there are diagonal cracks up to 0.5 inches wide randomly spaced. Both conditions are throughout the roadway surface. <br />(See Photo 3 dated 11/09/2022). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
