(See Photo 5). This condition is from the construction of the new barrier rails and no defect is warranted at this time. <br />There are transverse hairline cracks with light efflorescence randomly located throughout the soffit. (See Photo 6). (See Photo 2 dated 06/09/2022). The gouges appear to be caused by vehicular damage. No rebar is exposed. This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />See Element 331-1080 for details.
