These cracks extend into the upper <br />diaphragm between the girders. (See Photos 7 and 8). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were <br />noted. <br />The pile element is included to indicate the presence of piles on this structure. The piles were not exposed for visual inspection. No <br />indication of pile distress was noted in any substructure element.
