The aggregate is exposed but remains in place and sound. <br />(See Photo 1 dated 06/15/2016). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />This quantity includes monolithic wingwalls. <br />The majority of Abutment 28 has been sufficiently armored with rock. However, at the left side there remains scour up to 10 feet wide <br />x 10 inches vertically and up to 3 feet back. (See Photo 7 dated 06/22/2020). There has been no significant change when compared <br />to previous photos. <br />Hydraulics performed a field review on 08/21/18 and found no substantial change in scour at Abutment 28. However, the bridge <br />remains scour critical (refer to Hydraulic Report of 08/21/18 for details).
